Getting to know the plants around your own land brings a special connection to where you live. It also means you can gather herbs with confidence knowing that you have correctly identified them. I visit farms and gardens to walk with you and see what wild plants are growing and show you how to use them. I also give private classes on medicine making according to your interests.

Work on retreats

 

I work on retreats providing nature connection for participants. This can be through plant identifying walks, forest bathing and nature connection exercises, and various medicine making workshops focusing on local herbs.
