About the Event
Winter can be a challenging time for our health. Yet with herbs we can keep our systems balanced and strong so we are more able to resist infections. We can also use herbs to help us recover more quickly when we're ill. In this practical day we'll look at different herbs to support us in common winter health challenges, and make simple remedies to take home to support us through the winter, such as cough syrups, fire cider tonics and various infusions and decoctions with local plants.
