Part of a series of herbal medicine workshops introducing different ways of using healing plants. The mornings are practical and informative, giving hands on experience of making different types of medicines. You'll leave with remedies that you have made, and information for making many more.

Herbs provide us with a gentle yet powerful way of supporting our digestive system. We'll look at which plants can support our digestion, from our stomach to our liver and colon. We'll make infusions for calming stomach pains, syrups for easing intestines and bitters to help the liver and gall bladder. You'll leave with natural remedies to take home, including your own customised digestive bitters, and notes and experience to help you explore further.
