Part of a series of herbal medicine workshops introducing different ways of using healing plants. The mornings are practical and informative, giving hands on experience of making different types of medicines. You'll leave with remedies that you have made, and information for making many more.

Our modern lives can include a lot of stress, and many of us suffer from insomnia or anxiety as a result. Plants can bring us relief in various ways - relaxing muscles, calming the mind and bringing peace to our hearts. We'll spend time with a variety of plants, some that can help us be resilient in times of stress, and others to help us to calm when we are overwhelmed and burnt out.
