Introduction to herbal medicine making - 6 classes

Learning to make your own herbal remedies is one of the most empowering things you can do for your health. When you're able to choose herbs from the fields, your garden or your kitchen and make your own natural remedies, you take your well-being into your own hands. You also make a deep connection with your environment and the plants around you as you get to know the gifts of the plants.  

This is an experiential, hands on course where you'll make different remedies each week to take home, and practice making more in between classes. You'll learn by making, and by feeling the effects of different herbs on your body. 

We will cover:

• tinctures and elixirs
• infusions, decoctions and syrups
• vinegars, shrubs and tonics
• oils, creams and salves
• poultices and baths
• harvesting and preserving herbs

The cost for the 6 weeks is 150 Eu with all materials including remedies to take home and notes. Classes are 2 - 2 1/2 hours each. I don't want anyone to feel unable to come due to financial reasons, so if you feel unable to afford this please get in touch.
